Coronavirus Customer Guidance

For the safety of Customers & staff we have installed a sneeze barrier in reception. There is an automatic sanitiser on the wall in reception, please use on entry & exit. Staff will be wearing masks and gloves at the required times and will always try to maintain a 2m social distance when and if required ahead. We are washing our hands and using antibacterial hand gel often. Customers wearing masks especially in reception is preferred (when advised it is required by the local government), please keep a 2 metre social distance from others whilst on the premises. Please be patient if there is a queue, we will be doing our best to see you as soon as possible.

ONLY PRE BOOKED CUSTOMERS ARE TO ENTER THE PREMISES INCLUDING NEW CUSTOMERS WITH ENQUIRIES, PLEASE BOOK.

IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID 19  OR FEEL UNWELL PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE PREMISES.  IF YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD HAS HAD COVID 19 PLEASE INFORM THE RECEPTIONIST IDEALLY BEFORE ARRIVAL OR COLLECTION.

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to take any pet/s own bedding or soft toys.  We have plenty of toys here for pets to enjoy during their stay.

Arrival - Checking your pet/s in will need to be one customer at a time in reception please. There is a maximum of 2 people allowed from the same home checking in or waiting in the car park.  Please ensure you have your vaccination cards (up to date within the year) with you. Please advise the receptionist if your household has had coronavirus at any point. Customers may phone the day before arrival to pay the balance owed to save use of the card machine and reduce checking in times. Once checked in we will be doing hand over of dogs mostly in the car park when possible not in reception.

Cat & small pet owners will be handing over in reception when checking in. We will be asking customers not to accompany staff to the catteries or small pet areas unless essential, this is in staff and customer best interest to reduce contact and the touching of surfaces.

If the weather is bad please wait in your car and phone reception to confirm you are here and waiting, the receptionist will then call you back when its your turn to enter reception.

Collection of your pet/s - If reception is empty please enter and inform the receptionist who you are collecting. Your pet will then be brought to your car. If there is a queue please wait or phone reception to advise the receptionist you are here. Please wait in or next to your car for your pet ( maximum of two people please). The path/entrance to the kennel area and reception needs to be kept clear for staff please. We understand how exciting it is to collect your pet but the above restrictions are in the best interest of customers and staff.

Many thanks for your assistance
